What is an exit interview?

Exit interview is an extremely useful tool that allows our Partners to collect valuable information about the experiences and feedback of their departing employees. During an exit interview, the goal of our experienced interviewers is to gain deeper insight into the reasons why employees leave the company, as well as to make more accurate/better decisions regarding the work environment, management, and possible development tasks.

Based on the results of the exit interview, companies are able to recognise and identify problems and take measures to improve the work environment, communication and employee engagement. With the help of the information given at the exit interview, companies can retain their talented employees more effectively, improve the work culture and increase employee satisfaction.
